They took the pre existing videos from the first commercial and put them together with a combination of hard cuts and suspenseful music. The theme was a horror movie preview. DJ Doty
For the first video they just filmed it normally, without any filters like in the second video. They also didn't split up the video in the first video sample either. the only real reason they cut the video into other pieces and formed a more fast paced video was to do just that. they went from slow pacing, friendly, and calm type video in the first video, to a more fast paced, horror themed and intense video in the second. The second also used slow motion filters to further draw out the horror type feel, as well as hard cuts and fade ins.
With short videos they added dramatic music to make it more intense and more of a horror theme. They cut up the first video.
